Note: The two Constitutional Amendments, passed in 2004, address new personal liability limits on insured damage/loss and the definition of Family Membership. Full text of these amendments have been officially recorded by the Secretary and are available. As of November 2008, The Constitution and Operating Rules are being rewritten to more accurately reflect our operations today (and to include things such as the aforementioned amendments).
